1. When will I receive my order?

Please allow 24 hours after payment confirmation to process your order. Estimated delivery time after order processing is 5-7 days.

2. What do I do if I never received my order?

We are sorry to hear this! You should have received a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order was shipped. Use this tracking number to check the current status of your shipment.

Orders typically take 24 hours to despatch. After that, estimated delivery is 5-7 days. However, during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays.

If you have checked the above and still cannot locate your order, please contact our customer support team at info@travel-venture.com with your order number. We will be happy to assist you further!

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. What do I do if I receive a defective order?

We are sorry to hear this! Please send a photo to our customer service team at info@travel-venture.com and include your order number so we can take a closer look and resolve this for you right away!

5. Do you offer international shipping?

At this moment in time, we do not offer international shipping.  

6. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
